i have never gone over 500mb. as folks say connect to ur wifi when yer at home. I get no mobile signal what so ever at home does not matter what network you have. so if anybody wants hold of me the just leave a wee msg via fb or twitter and i get it just like people texting me. Took a while for everyone to get there head round it and stop texting me

its 2012 i thought you got a signal everywhere. hey arron whats this thing i been reading about the death grip. has that been a prob on your phone.something to do with the built in antenna.

I wish my house phone bill would be a hell of a lot cheaper cause i would use my free minutes on the mobile. When my other half goes down south to work in march for a month if i want to call i have to jump in the jeep drive to top of the hill cause o2 to o2 is free. But things will be better this year as i can do blackberry msg to him via the wifi

SH, I've got the 4 too, deffo no need to jailbait it, you have to pair it with your homehub (enter the security code on the bottom or back of the hub, same as you would a laptop) then once paired it w

Every 500MB of UK data will allow you to (approx):       Send 500,000 emails, without attachments       or send 1,000 emails, with photos attached       or visit 5,000 simpl

Which home hub you got mate? I've got a home hub 3 and to connect my daughters ipod touch you just hit a button on it and do the same on the ipod. I think the ipod pretty much the same as the iphone. :hmm:

Something to do with the early ones, if you touched both parts of the metal case it shorted out or something, mine has been ok.

I get cock all signal here too, I don't know if iMessage works without a signal though?

Oh man, you'll be soooooo confused!

Can I have first refusal on it?

aye but someone said i would need to get jailbreak if i wanted to use my bt broadband?oh and i lve by myself no need to sit on the bog lol

I am sure you don't need to use Jailbreak to use wifi. You just need to set your phone up to connect to it.

Got to settings then WIFI and you should see your network. You will need to put your password in probably.

Anyway my girls friend got herself an I Pad for xmas and she brought it up, linked it too my hub and the next minute all her texts were coming through to her I Pad....result i thought.. So i'm thinking of treating myself to an I pad too and if you want to communicate by text with the other half when he's away then you could do the same.......oh you do have to have an I phone as well. Surely worth it for the man in your life eh............ :D;)

500mb of data is not a lot if you have something like an iPhone.

I have one, which although I use it for work I still clock up around 1.5gb of data usage per month.

I left O2 as they wouldn't do an unlimited data contract where as Giffgaff did.

I'm on 300 mins unlimited texts and net for a tenner a month. Admittedly I have a iPhone already so it's sort of a sim only deal but they are very good and operate on the O2 network.

Their shootie in Scotty, if you get stuck give me a shout and I will talk you through it.......loads of good apps you can download too, let you have free texts and free talktime, nae need to jailbreak! The good thing about the free texts is free picture messages which a lot of providers charge for - nice!!

Get yourself a decent wifi sniffer app and you will never need to use your limit....

I am due for an upgrade on my phone soon did think about an iphone but blackberrys seem to work for us
