LOL, simple really there are multi national companies spending millions of pounds developing new medical products. Don’t you think that something as simple as magnets would be an absolute gold mine if only they worked? All they would have to do would be test say get a couple of hundred rats, 1/3 in magnetic cages, a 1/3 in identical cages with no magnets and a 1/3 in their own cages as a baseline. Then create the same injury on each rat and monitor. If the magnets worked they would give faster healing. In no time there would be human trials then a world wide market worth billions!!!! Of course the tests have been done but the results haven’t been favourable as it doesn’t work. The only people making these products sit on the sidelines calling themselves alternative medicine etc. There aren’t two types of medicine, medicine and alternative medicine, just medicine that works and so is medicine and that that doesn’t and so is quackery. Most quackery specialise in stuff that usually heals by its self such as bruises or has natural cycles of symptoms and remissions such as arthritis. And so gets the credit for the natural healing or remission etc. I have a wondrous therapy for the common cold; it’s a special red hat, suffused with natural healing herbs and crystals!!!!!!!! ( dropped in the field then spilt sugar on it a breakfast) Wear it when your cold is at its worst and within a few days you’ll start to feel better!!!!!. Just £50 plus post and packing from Mr S Mere, Out back waiting for that perfect wave, Sandymere, Devon. Cash only. PRE USED HATS AVAILABLE AT REDUCED RATES. (I’ve an old bobble hat to shift.) Silliness aside, if a dog gets good recovery after an injury then credit the good stockman ship in that the dog was in good nick etc, and so was in the best shape to recover, not magic boxes or potions. Its like we are going back to the middle ages, we’ll be dancing round in circles burning wicker men next.

This view sort of makes sense to me. I never could believe the rumours of wearing copper bracelets to help arthritis etc. I like to see clear scientific proof. But having said that, reagrding your 'cure' for the common cold, as well as wearing your special hat, could I suggest you back up your thearpy with a large glass of red wine, or indeed a hot whisky, at the same time to speed up your feeling of general wellbeing  .
