vermillon 0 Posted January 13, 2012 Report Share Posted January 13, 2012 (edited) Hi there, I have a question that hopefully someone can answer, Basically i have been living in Scotland studying here since august 2009, Last year i met a girl who has now become my girlfriend, I go shooting with her dad at least 2-3 times a month, im now interested in getting my own gun. The problem that im trying to figure out is if they will grant me a license ? Iam South African born and bred and therefore don't have a British passport, Iam 20 years of age turning 21 in march so hopefully I cover the age side of things. Could somebody please advise me to whether or not I will be able to get a gun license even if iam not a British citizen ? My current visa is a student visa.
