Glad to hear hes better than he was my cat wasnt so fortunate he got better then took a stroke but as far as i gather its easy to treat dogs for poisoning than it is cats.I also hope if someone doen ti deliberately then they end up in a really bad place in life cos anyone who does this sort of thing is sick in the head

Sorry if i missed it on the other thread but did the vet diagnose wat the poison was and any body who has a dog go down with slugg pellet poisioning and the dog makes a recovery be carefull as a lurcher we had became addicted to them even chewing an hole in a shed door were the box of pellets had been thinking they were still their though this was 20 years ago and they might be different type slugg pellets know.

are you 100% that it was poisoning ,i had a dog once that was after running a hare for what felt like a 1/2 hour but it might of only been about 3 or 4 mins ,but anyway he was only around 11 mths old at the time and completely over ran himself and started fitting but when he came out of the fit he was completely blind and was like that for over a week until his eyesight returned

I was thinking the same if the poison theory was not 100% proven..
