BEARINATOR 2,869
Some terriers even with the best of breeding won't hold them mate, not all terriers are natural born fighters. My bitch is a liability as she will fight anything but my dog is timid with other dogs Quote Link to post

stripes 401
Youre terrier is only 14 months old stepitup,, and by the sounds of things hasnt worked too many foxes,, so i would say youre lucky it went to ground and didnt do to bad a job to put the fox out of its earth. When youre working lurchers aswell count yourself lucky you got the bolt,,,, and didnt have to dig it out. Terrier may become mute the more experience he gets. Quote Link to post
step it down 21
your right she has no digs but i think that that the fox bolted on his own ans my terrier did not meet it Quote Link to post
stripes 401
that fox was right up your street then for starting a young dog,, fox heard you coming ,, you should be pleased with your dogs then. Quote Link to post
