robwelsh 354
what landowners need to know that there are young lads out there that are busting for land that have the respect of asking and maybe give them the time of day..the guy he saw shooting on his land doesnt mean that it was the guy who was asking the week before lol..i know its not as straight forward as that..but hey, it should be looked apon as doing someone a favour for a favour in return.but as for the armed trespass..its not worth doing, iv been told by someone that its fine to go shooting for rabbits..but cant provide paper proof, and not knowing where he lives, at the time we were walking the dogs and he was feeding his horses..so he says, and didnt have a proper conversation as such, therefore me and my mate went up couple of times, but called it a day, as its just not worth the hassle of being caught, and us giving the excuse "some guy feeding horses said we could" its just not going to wash with the law...lol what ever he gets is enough, iv lost my job in the past due to crim record, working as a carer, and boom wham bam thank you mam i was sacked just like that, its no joke going on someones property with a firearm, its there lively hood, its like someone coming into you garden/home just started to shooting, not knowing who the f**k you are, you wouldnt be pleased...what im trying to say is, that if your going on land knowing full well he shouldnt be, its his own fault and deserves what he gets! I hear what your saying and feeling the aftermath my self... but i also think if land owners don't see this that the sport will become not worth doing. But respecting rights and the law is key. robwelsh 354
its a vicious circle, and the end result is the land owners win basically, it all started with people not respecting land in the first place, and doing what they like, and the farmer getting full of promises by jo bloggs who really dont give a toss what he does aslong as hes doing what he wants to do, end result, farmer says f**k off, no one else is f****n me about on my land.. Elmer_Fudd 28
http://www.basc.org.uk/en/utilities/document-summary.cfm/docid/8201D2D3-E4B1-4333-B24BA94A9790765C this down load talk of trespass, i was just searching shooting near footpaths. This may show the serious legislation attached to such an offence. ATB Gareth Quote Link to post
