I know this was on a while ago,but,I've just watched after taping it.

I thought that shooting foxes with a rimfire was illegal,and in a back garden that backed onto someone elses garden in the middle of London?????

Did anyone else watch it,and,what did you think?

No Martin it is not ilegal to shoot foxes with a rimmy, was this about the pesty up in london who shoots out of his customers bedroom windows, if it is i met him breifly at the cla, he is a pro and would not do anything untoward. :thumbs-up:

I would have imagined that the makers of this program would have ensured that all was above board regarding the broadcasting of the fox’s been shot in such a built up area, that guy was a trained marksman and a professional pest controller.

 

I am sure we would have heard more about it by now had anything illegal taken place. But it was a fascinating insight into the problem that these little fookers cause on their nightly rounds.

 

I come across these little footers during my work, had one no more then two feet away from the car one night right in the middle of a large housing estate.

If i was you i would go back & watch the footage again to see the garden set up & where the foxes were shot.

Have a look again matey.........ammo was sub-sonic so minimal chance of ricohets and that fella was a proper shot..........one shot, a twitch of the leg and all over.........proper job
