so ye should bow mate lol... i was same as you 12 year ago werent bothered by them then some reason got the bull cross bug lol an started to bag good hauls a foxs they really are the sport of kings lol proper winter ones take some catching there as fast as a hare an more cunning they dont act daft like a hare in lamp an they bite back lol takes a good dog pre ban to do em season in season out single handed never mind what people who get 3 a year say seen the very best bred dogs jack beleive me

use to gut every fox a killed at one bit as a was so fascinated by them an let me tell you some thing mate earth worms form a very large part of a foxs diet now theres a fact most didnt know cause just about every one a gutted contained amongst birds voles an rabbits and no they werent parasites they were dead earth worms thats fact mate an ive gutted tons pal me mates use to give me stick as ad be in middle of a feild gutting em when all they wanted to do was try for next lol i really did hunt em to study them lol

One with a stump tail,...Not sure whats happened seem him about the kennels a few times before he was delt with

looks like ye chopped it off before ye took the photo lol did ye not think yed get 2 that day lol lol

 

I have a pic of the same fox alive with stump but I`ll not bother posting it, be blamed of photo shopping the pic next :blink:

Their masters of survival and would be exstinct now if they wernt i like them tbh and have never gon out of my way to catch them but knowing full well they need controleing and the best way imho is by dogs wether that be hounds terriers or lurchers.

I put the same reply but it got lost in the ether, if i remember right he dug plenty with a local terrierman and put tracking collars on them to study them up close and natural.

What would you like to know ?, the biggest litter i've personaly had was eleven, there's one factoid for you.

 

have you ever seen them in more than 2's above ground?? what is the normal, sized litter?? how long do they actually stay with there parents after they born??

anybody ever examined a fox's stomach content??

 

i have been on nearly every site i can find, showing him pics an reading out some facts for him, but even as im reading it i know a lot of it is shite, what chance have our kids got if everything wrote about animals is written by blinkered folk :hmm:

 

I shot one (did I swear in the terrier section lol) last year by a composting place that has a lot of fruit in and his stomache was full of grapes and hazel catkins.
