GrCh 856 Posted January 17, 2012 Report Share Posted January 17, 2012 THERE WILL BE AN ACTION PACKED TWO DAY SHOW, RUN FOR LURCHERS, WHIPPETS, TERRIERS , AND STRONG DOGS, IT WILL BE RUN BY THE I.P.B.T.A SATURDAY 24TH MARCH : WILL BE THE EVENTS DAY FOR THE LURCHERS ,WHIPPETS AND A FUN RUN FOR TERRIERS, (STRAIGHT RACING, AND HURDLE RACING AND LONG JUMP) ALSO ON SATURDAY WILL BE THE CONFORMATION SHOW CLASSES FOR STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIERS, AMERICAN PITBULL TERRIERS , AM-STAFFS , IRISH STAFFS AND SEPARATE CLASSES FOR PUPPIES ,DOGS AND BITCHES. (NO SHOW CLASSES ON THE SATURDAY FOR THE LURCHERS,TERRIERS OR WHIPPETS) SUNDAY 25TH MARCH: THERE WILL BE THE USUAL SHOW CLASSES FOR LURCHERS WHIPPETS AND TERRIERS EVENTS FOR THE STRONG DOGS ARE HELD ON THE SUNDAY, THESE INCLUDE THE A FRAME, SPRINTS ,HURDLES ,WEIGHT PULL ,HANG TIGHT AND SPEED PULL GREAT TROPHIES & ROSETTES UP FOR GRABS ON BOTH DAYS THIS IS AN EVENT NOT TO BE MISSED!! Themaverick 110 Posted January 30, 2012 Author Report Share Posted January 30, 2012 (edited) yesterday i had a meeting with lilly, the boss of the ipbta club and she has asked me to make a change of plan.... the changes are as follows the conformation show will now take place all on the same day as the strong dogs, 24th march, and she has asked me to move forward my events to the week after , but i am aware theres another race day that weekend, so it will now be the 7th of april if it does not clash with anything ,that will be in the same place as the show behind campions pub that day there will be pedigree whippet racing , lurcher racing under 21,23, 25 and over 25 there will be hurle racing and long jump, this will be the start of the qualifiers for the derbys that will be run at the end of the year any one interested in running a qualifier should pm me for more details Edited January 30, 2012 by Themaverick Quote Link to post Share on other sites
