Need to consider when, where etc. My first thought would be a group meet at one of the big game fairs during the summer? This would allow time for proofs etc. to get sorted and sent to printers in time for later in the year. Any thoughts?

(might also be an idea to see the interested parties and have a poll to see the (un?) lucky ones?)
