yeah i took one out and a friend took his electronic one and it seemed the electronic one just spooked them.. personaly id never buy a battery powerd one. make one or do as stripes has just said. it really works

The key to lamping is to keep your hands free all the time,, dog in one hand,, lamp in other, tie a cord onto your foxcaller have it in your mouth ready when entering the field.. quick scan with light ,ok fox spotted in top of field,, light off and make your way quickly towards the fox squeal as you go. Right your halfway up the field scan light again , fox making his way down,, be ready light off and squeal ,, tighter on the reed..and get into that linford christie thing,, get ready to run, because if you want that fox and because your a lazy bugger you will never keep up with the dog.. light on foxy in range ,, release the beast and bag that red boy.

try using the back of your hand or your hand cupped seen alot fall to this even seen 1 come to a whistle out of kettle and stripes do you not find running up the field instead of keeping still spooks more than what comes in not a dig just interested

used top off a camping kettle stole it of my mates carping kettle too :boogy:
