front page of my local paper yesterday 2 guys from stoke area caught in melton. 1 dog killin the hare and retreiving it and other dog blood all round its mouth.it says the men admited ditching another 2 hares and they didnt know coursing was illegal.got a 65 pound fine and other got conditional discharge.

very lucky lads ,had that been in lincoln ,or cambridge , they would have been lucky to get away with a grand fine , and probebly dogs and motor gone aswell !!

read somewhere last week that the old bill cant keep up the expenses ect off trying to ' convict ' on coursing , when you tally it up , cars , eye in sky ect , old bilsl wages , its a expensive due for sake of a fine , hoping means that they can ' convict' real criminals and put there time and effort into that
