I'm really not fussed bout that ! People say they like to do stuff all the time ! They dont just get arrested ! I'm gonna let the rspca put fear into her tiny little mind aswell as reporting harassment to the police ! Mess with me fair enough but you don't mess with my bloody dogs ! Cold Ethyl 63 Posted January 8, 2012 Report Share Posted January 8, 2012 unless you put signs up telling her she is been filmed you will be leaving yourself wide open for prosecution care to elaborate on that hull???? its my understanding of law that we can all film anything ,, hence tv news crews,,folk using cameras mobiles in public to film things,,, and of course all the undercover filming for private prosacution of criminal activity,, and not just by police, but by normal folk,,, im shure most folk on here have seen clips on tv news,,, where a problem naighbour, had been filmed and prosacuted for it...... in fact im shure you will all remember the woman and the cat in a wheele bin No you must put signs up and in scotland england and wales the police are supposed to check theyre not trained on something or someone they shouldnt be.My dad has cctv all over his property and inside on the doors and stuff and the police wouldnt use the recordings of the little b*****ds terrorising a 90 year old women whos very ill.They threw bricks at her wondows and eggs all over the place and tried to put fire to her bin and stuff and police cant use it because the kids werent told they were being filmed nor did they give permission to be filmed so id deffo get proper advice on it first Quote Link to post Share on other sites
