Run_Rabbit85 8 Posted January 3, 2012 Report Share Posted January 3, 2012 you can buy 200 lead balls 9mm or 12mm for 15 quid posted of ebay iv had afew bags off the bloke and cnt fault them. i now do my own with the mould these guys are talking about size 2 produce 8 x 12mm balls each time. i buy my lead from my local scrappy and use my camping stove to heat it up in my shed with an old pan. i also wear protective clothing ie: flame retardent overalls,welding gloves.goggles and a mask to keep the nasty fumes at bay i do not fancy having molten lead burns so i take care loading my pan and pouring into the mould keep a bucket of cold water at hand for when you have finished the process to cool the shot down so you can trim the rough bits off atb........................mick Quote Link to post Share on other sites
