wilko tango 50
alright lads just a quick questoin for the more experienced lads of this cross.Although iv owned a couple of bullx crosses before iv never owned one as a pup until now.I aquired him a couple of weeks ago he was 17 weeks old when i got him so he about 19 weeks old now.He is 19 and a half tts.Is this about right for his age as both his parents are 27tts and i kind of hope he makes about the same size. Its not that important wether he does or not i would just like some of your opinions. thanks for taking the time to read 1 Quote Link to post
freelance 448
To be honest i wouldn't worry about what size he will make at 19 weeks mate, they have fits and spurts at growing so i would ask again when he is about 6 months or older, just get plenty of good grub and flesh down him and let him enjoy being a little tyke. And as for size i wouldn't worry to much as ive seen smaller dogs take and pull down all sorts of quarry preban including my old dog which was about 24 inches to the shoulder and i took every thing with him, so all the best mate with your new pup Quote Link to post
wilko tango 50
Cheers freelance thanks for the reply. To be honest i really dont mind what height he makes in the end so long as he is doing the job he was bred for.He is well bred he bred from pie stuff on both sides. So am shuvelling the grub into him and plenty of exercise hopelully il have the makings of a half decent dog next year Quote Link to post
Simoman 110
A bit of a cliche but its whats inside that counts, the size of its heart(metaphoricaly speaking) is far more important than physical size............. Quote Link to post
thomps125 49
i had a pup the same height at 18 weeks and she made just over 27 Quote Link to post
