whin 463
never used treadmills for dogs prefer behind jeep on back roads , and free hunting in areas were there not much game but enough to keep them intrested , just back from my last hunt in 2011 good sport and free running plenty half chances as its cover and little clearings but nothing to get them opend up but enough to keep them intrested , i think trotting on back roads farm tracts bets a treadmill or just free hunting and if injured leash him up and walk him , all the best for 2012 , away again tomoz , pastures new lol Quote Link to post

chartpolski 24,836
I suppose one of the reasons I have dogs for, is to get ME out of the house and get some exercise ! LOL ! Never had a need for a 'mill, but I know people who use them, and if it works for them, good; but I prefere to get out in the fields with the dogs, andI'm a great believer in "working" them to fitness. Cheers, and a Happy New Year to all !! 1 Quote Link to post
