what i mean is... i know they are not daft and know that i will be poaching but what im asking is if i can be done without them actually catching me with my dog running game in a field where i have no right to be and if i have any rabbits how they can prove they were poached and from where. as said above they are road kill which they will know im taking the piss but how do they prove they are not surely it has no case to be took to court

you need to have permission around the areas your lamping,your going too and coming from then, looking for rabbits in between to come back and ask for more permission,if you've no permission anywhere near and you've rabbits in the van its likely you've been up to no good,its getting harder out there now as your finding out but just dont get caught red handed or then ya are f****d haha

I didn't get pulled last night but there were loads of them about, one thing is make sure your vehicle is 100% legal coz they go through my van like a dose of salts every time they pull me

been out on 3 different nights over the last week and have been pulled everytime by the same copper, he must have a big area he patrols as all 3 areas were 40m from each other.he has caught us shining the lamp in the field from the car but has not caught us with any game.he keeps saying if we have no permission to be here we will get done and take lamps and dogs i say but we have not been in a field and have no game so how can we get charged?his reply we will get u for something if we catch u again.he says something about u dont need any game or to be caught in a field as having lamps is classed as going equipped and is a crime.is this possible?surely if they could they already would of.and how would i stand if i was pulled up on way home with a few bunnies in the vehicle but had no explanation as to where i got them would i get charged for poaching?and how if they dont know where i have been.its going crazy now

it happens a lot had it rock , getting pulled for no reason apart from being out after 11 at nite on main road legaly , they soon leave when you ask them there names numbers and there inspectors name and the papers will be informed in morning for harrasment, scots law is diffrent ,just dont let youre self get pulled , ie change the routes plank stuff get there name and number etc start giving them the same medicine .
