AAS410 Project getting there...

Recommended Posts

Afternoon chaps, picked up an AAS410K for a good price recently but the stock was a little rough so i have comissioned Geordie over on air arms owners club to build me one of his customs.

Here are some in progress pictures.

These were the first stages of the inletting.

Lots of sanding and oiling to go now i think.

Have asked for a dark but fairly matt finish, i can't stand these shiny stocks!

After the stock, i have replaces the bolt handle with a black anodized cocking handle from rowan engineering and then i think i will have a new silencer, not sure which yet?

Would like a carbon one i think, or a very lightweight one.

The action is currently en route to Colin Malloy at MAG to be completly re-blued.

What started out a cheap gun will end up costing a pretty penny but it will be worth it!
