New ferret hutch

I'm getting a new hutch do you think those 2, (is wire to wide will they get through?? Or should I get this one

It's not as long though, first ones 41" this ones 35" but the sides are wood not wire.

Produced are flimsy and made of cheap

Just go and buy some wood and make one yourself. Cost the same if not cheaper and you

Can make it exactly how you want it and you know the quality.

 

I've got one a mate made, triple hutch made out of 2 by 2 length and decking slats. It's been through the wars lately sty the weather and still looks brand new. Even dropped it out the back of the removal truck and it didn't shift. These pre-made hutches would have smashed :thumbs:

For 65 notes, I recon there alright. Plus there in the green house during the winter so it won't get much weather abuse.

unless the ferrets can get on each level on those hutches,,,, in my opinion there to short. a 3-4 foot hutch i honestly belive to be to short..

 

i think they look quite well made,,, i just think a hutch should be at least 6 foot long and a min of 2 foot wide.... just my opinion
