jmilam08 193
I'm in the process off knocking my kennels up in the back garden but I've got a shed that needs to go forwards a meter and across again the same.i don't want to take it apart because it's more of a solid sort of summerhouse than a shed and looks like it would be a bollock ache to take apart. Does anyone know of any jack or winch I can hire to move it before I f**k it by attempting to lift it and put poles under it. It's got some weight to it,it was crane lifted over the fence of a lorry when it was first bought. Cheers Jake.

paulus 26
1 stick of dynamite under each corner, light, as it leaves the floor quick shove job done will come down in the correct position just ensure there are no ruby red slippers sticking out from under it after its landed, this will lead to all sorts of complications
Millet 4,497
I had to move one a couple of year's back..i laid some scaffold board's on the floor for it to slide on...the method i used to drag the shed was a 1ton block and tackle that i keep in my car incase i ever get stuck.. keeper 51 78
lift front edge with scissor jack then place scaffold tubes under shed. hire or borrow turfer chain or cable type attach one end to an anchor point at a push you can use a scaf tube /tubes driven into ground make sure that your shed fixing point is secure if you intend to pass a rope around the shed you will need spreaders in place to prevent damage best of luck mike Edited December 29, 2011 by keeper
