whin 463 Posted December 30, 2011 Report Share Posted December 30, 2011 old bendi its the way forward restock and recover they do it with pheasants why not rabbs ,my first restockin project we were maybe 13 14 we caut four live ones of aberlady bay ,let them go near an old power station as there was none .just hares but plenty of them , after 2 or 3 seasons rabbits were everywere now that 30 years ago ,there was me r whaley s blakey all gone these lads up stairs , the problem at this moment al the good rabbit burries on the flat land big arable feilds have been kicked out with bagders so there some not got the burries to live in , you have to be careful were you put them to give them a chance ,m idea as a kid why cycle 7 miles when we can walk 4oo yards , and the greyhound tracks always wanted a rabb or two for weekend pocket money , Quote Link to post
