There have been a lot in the last 25 years moreover Defra illegally taking money and allowing people to be wrongly prosecuted no matter on what scale is a serious crime.

Defra have been illegally charging people to register their hybrids for about 25 years and allowing people to be prosecute for not registering their hybrids when they must have know it was not illegal.

Well if all the folk charged illegally and fined for no reason got together im sure they could get a case brought up..for some compensation..
