foxhound x greyhound

Mines got a splash of hound in her, And what i see of it i like wouldnt think twice about haveing or useing hound blood again in mine, Then again iam talking a splash here not like a halfx or anything but something id like to hear more about is maybe a halfx working or a 3/4 bred...

In my experience they dont "sing" like folks theorize. Not tryin to be argumentative but I dont think I've ever seen it.

 

Recon you'd be right too Dan but it'd be too big a gamble for me to take a first cross on. Maybe CP's three quarter from silent parents might be worth a punt. :thumbs:

i had brother and sister hound crosses they were bedlington x whippet put to a english hound then crossed with an english hound once again,the bitch wasnt very gutsy,the dog was he wood guzzle a fox in no time and there noses were excellent,and they would hunt as far as the rest of the pack would most of the time the dog was up front,the dog didnt give any tongue but the bitch did,atb wf

      I know I'm probably going to get the piss severely ripped out of me for asking this, but
      Has anyone ever successfully trained a deaf lurcher (from two working parents and I own her 4 year old sister who is an awesome little bunny basher.) 
      Genetically she has potential, but...what do you experts think? 
      She's not a Double merle by the way, it's extreme piebald/white head. Her vision is perfect
