johnharris 177
I have always had a whippet for last 20 years, had one given me for a pet for my kids and she turned into a fantastic worker. I had her for 12 years then got another a few years later. Got one now in my pic as house pet but also works her in the day. She gets a bit cold at night. The only downside is my first whippet got me into lurchers and lamping , this ended up with me getting divorced and cost me a load of money and a house lol still got my whippet though and still enjoying my dogs. Also got new mrs who loves dogs and better house so it all worked out good in the end. The moral is you can't beat a whippet and once you have a good one you will never be without one Quote Link to post
