On walking to the van we were greeted by 5 keepers , filming us , and the van was blocked in . The one informed us that he had filmed us coursing and police were on way , he also came out with a load of lies about how many times he had seen us there . The Wildlife Liason officer arrives , to be fair he was ok , checked out my vehicle , my details etc and I told him we were on our way to my lads moms to drop him off for his dinner thats why we were in the area , this was truth . After the police had spoken to keepers , and the police never asked to see the "alleged " video evidence we were told we could go but to keep out the area . Was wondering if anyone reckons this is the last of it , to do us under the hare coursing law would they have had to have done us today ?. Dont want any smart arse telling me i was in the wrong as im already aware of that thanks ! . Quote Link to post

I don't doubt that you know the score, but maybe time for a spot of housekeeping just be to be doubly sure if anyone does ever follow it up, there's nothing at your house that you wouldn't want anyone to see. KingKong 44 Posted December 25, 2011 Report Share Posted December 25, 2011 I got caught last cristmas eve doing abit of lamping ,was with the wife ,game keepers come out about 4 or 5 of them said I was shooting sheep the lying bast ards coppers come checked the van ,and checked the field with a german shepard see if I chucked a gun witch they never found because I didnt have a fker, I told the coppers that one of the keepers grabbed my wife by the throut, thought fck yous if your gonna tell lies so am I, and so we all got sent home, fair enough I shouldnt of been were I was but I wernt shooting sheep, dodgy bast ards what they are Quote Link to post

Even Pre Ban with permission it was illegal to run-course Hares on a Sunday and Christmas Day.
