Caravan Monster 323
My main problem is i cant sit still for too long and i have done a lot of forestry and chainsaw work and humping log's about over the past couple of month's..which has not helped me one bit..and like you i can't pick a kettle up at time's or anything even a mobile phone of i use a certain angle..i hope it eases of soon as i have a load more woodland clearing to do..and it is a real hinderance.. As someone who is forever crippling myself at work, I would recommend finding a good chiropractor. The sort that uses treatments outside the normal chiropractic set (electric shock machine and suchlike) to deal with muscle damage and swelling as well as re- aligning the skeleton. Core strength exercises are also a good way of avoiding these sort of injuries.

The Duncan 802
Does anyone have any experiences and remedies for tennis elbow..i have had it for about a month now and it doing my fooking head in..ive even thought about crawling in the porta Mag recently.. ..but it stink's of sweaty dog's so i passed on the idea.. Go to your GP!!! Is anyone here a doctor? Thought not. I've had epicondilytus (tennis elbow) and the doc put me onto a physiotherapist who gave me exercises to do and prescribed a clasp. Did the trick - I went from the pain stopping me from pulling my boots on to full recovery (including heavy weight training) in a couple of months. Ibuprofen and supports will not cure the problem alone. See your GP, its what we pay tax for! Duncan.

Also, training more on your core muscles (ab, obliques and back) won't heal your elbow tendons or prevent damage to them.

Kay 3,709
Here you go. http://www.return2fi...ndylitis-clasp/ My hunting partner uses one. Irritates him a bit after wearing it for awhile, but works for him. Iv'e had it before and went down the Cortisone route, yes the needle hurt, but sorted the tennis elbow out. Mine was caused through rsi from 20 years as a press operator . and after years of pain on & off i asked about the injections & it was pretty amazing how quick i got the problem sorted & I havent had a problem again other than the odd day here & there

skycat 6,173
I've had it for years, and I keep it under control by using Zheng Gu Shui a couple of times a week.http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=zheng+gu+shui&tag=googhydr-21&index=aps&hvadid=15127065354&ref=pd_sl_3g1col164_e It's not a cure but it keeps me relatively pain free to do pretty much what I want. Takes away the inflammation with no strong pain killers or steroidal drugs. Works on dogs equally well too.
