Good luck whoever you chose Quote Link to post

goran 4
hi there i was just wondering who every one used to insure there lurcher with obviously a good cover that doesnt break the bank many thanks Petplan.......a little more expensive (less than a packet of fags) but every vet will deal with them, no questions asked. they wanted over 20 quid a month which i thought was very exspensive but thanks anyway I put down my lurchers as 'crossbreeds' & pay £17.13 a month for each dog with Petplan, have used them for years & as a previous poster said, no questions asked. Rather than apply online, I always telephone. The plan they are on is only the basic plan, but gives adequate cover etc. For reasons unbeknown (and I have never asked) if you tell them the breed is a 'Lurcher' it is more expensive...... Hope this helps. Quote Link to post
