secretagentmole 1,701
What scope have you got on that? Some people rate the Gamos and some people hate them (they now own BSA and according to the BSA spring powered mob they are not as good as they used to be)! The main thing is if you like it and get on with it then it is the right rifle for you! What have you got it zeroed to? Edited December 20, 2011 by secretagentmole Quote Link to post

secretagentmole 1,701
If I was you I would set up the rifle to be zeroed at 25 metres! That seems to be about average for a springer in .22! Get some practise in on it, see how you can get it to group! Remember it is going to take at least 50 pellets down it for the lead to build up on the barrel to tighten grouping! Quote Link to post

secretagentmole 1,701
When you zero up, use an old cereal box as a target, open it up, make a big cross, then when you shoot you can see where you need to move the sight to. IE if it is up and left, you need to move the sight down and right with the adjusters. Use the highest magnification your scope has to set up with. Also after you have fired, keep your eye on the target until the pellet hits it. This is called follow through, not the underpant variety mind you.
