Funny story, My mate tried it a few years back. He mentioned what he was up to, but was being very tight lipped about as he thought someone would try and "adversely reposess" it off him. So, he set the wheels turning and looked into the vague deeds of the property, satisfied it was empty, he then called a scrap yard to come and remove two old cars from the front of the house. Worth a grand in the end) Hes thinking, this is the shit! I`ll have me own gaff soon. Got a phone call from the old bill a week later asking where the cars, ect where..... Turns out he got off with it, because he gifted the scrap yard the cars, and knew the law better than the police, so there wasnt a lot anyone could do. Be careful...
