Rabbit skin for bedding?

Put a rabbit in yesterday morning, Just clean them out etc. Same thing happens everytime. Nothing left of the rabbit and the ferrets are using the fur and skin as bedding. Anybody see a problem with this?

 

I take the pelt out and attempt to treat it to make a dummy for the dog. Saves me skinning it lol

Think you will find out there just dragging it into there bed to eat at there leisure and thats where the skin ends up

To make the skin like shimy leather get chicken egg take yoke and after scraping meat away rub egg yoke in to skin work at it and presto cured.
