Were you canting that rifle, or was it just the camera not properly aligned to the crosshairs?

Nice shooting anyway, and I can understand missing the tree climbing bunny, I'd be laughing too hard to make the shot too.

That stew looks good, can imagine it disappeared pdq!

Have you never seen a bunny climbing a tree before?

They were doing it a lot last year after they had stripped the bark from the lower trunk when we had all the snow.

That long shot was superb :clapper::victory: Right between the glowing globes! don't get better than that bud :clapper:

Last thing though! Whats Gas 6 on the eleccy scale? (I aint got gas here!) that looked so tastey :drool_icon here:

One of the quickest ways I've found to skin a bunny is to cut down the spine from just below the neck to the tail and pull apart like you would a bag of crisps.

Then as the skin and fur comes around the belly, hold by the ribs and pull until it comes off at the legs and neck. Or once round the belly, cut the pelt in the middle and pull apart like a christmas cracker. Then open the belly muscle and flick out the guts John Darling style :victory:
