rob190364 2,594
When you look at the strains of bulls that are/were used for their intended purpose, they're always relatively small build, as in not muscle bound and quite lightweight, the Americanised non workings ones are the ones that are bigger boned and muscle bound. And with the greyhound, the ones that would be better suited to working are the ones that are on the smaller side as they'd have more stamina and turning ability (correct?). So when breeding a bull x from worker to worker surely it would be smaller than some of the bull crosses you see on here? Some people seem to think more highly of the proper massive bull crosses and some people have commented about how a sub 23 inch bull cross would be a bit too small to do the business on a regular basis, and yet if you bred a true fighting bull with a small/medium sized greyhound chances are a lot of the time that's what you'd get, and I wouldn't have though a fighting bull crossed with a decent running dog would have any problem doing it's job?
