blue staffy 145
saw both run beardies and wheatons , a lot his were very good dogs so maybe saw the best of them , both took der rabbs fox hares in some areas lamped and on the moon , with no aid of lite , , the beardie was just as feiry but hid wheaton had more jaw power his beardie was faster but only a yard or two . but he picked biggest les hairy ones with greyhound long backs so there could had been some just fit for a hole end dog . is this the 1st x wheaton greyhound that was trained to a very high standard by the man in fishcross fife ? used to cycle along with dogs following him in single file soped when he stoped never broke there formation very impresive to watch and i beleive very good rabbit dog but a very good freind of mine was out with it at the foxes and it wasn't keen , the boy keeps bull xs and stays near dunfermline think you know him so will know he don't tell lies when it comes to dogs abillities Quote Link to post

wilko tango 50
going off the subject a bit here but theres lads here in ireland that have lurchers with a strain of the old irish terrier in them and there second to none.I know a man who kept a line of them and they were a game as f**k making easy work of anything that came in front of them and endless stamina. some of the top hare dogs had irish terrier in them i may stand corrected here but i think irish lady had as well Quote Link to post

Thanks for the comments, good hunting! Quote Link to post

Thanks for the comments, good hunting! get yourself a wheatonx or bullx mate either x would be suitable for you mate & both dogs have good temperments you just got to socialise them with others dogs for a young age I've had both xs & never had a fighter but both xs in my eyes are better for stuff with teeth atb cbx Quote Link to post
