im running a collie bull grey who will be be 5 in feb and is a great dog but at the minute shes resting with her litter of pups which are 6wks old . the sire is a collie grey x saluki grey so hopefully this time next year i will be starting a pup that should end up a decent dog

If I was going along these lines I'd go with a 1/4 saluki at the most........after all the majority of collie x's are blessed with good stamina, granted not saluki wind but good wind all the same.

Putting too much saluki could affect tractability which I know isn't always the case and sometimes the most heavily saturated saluki lurchers can and do make good dogs, I'd also try and find a saluki based lurcher thats being used for more than just coursing.
