Malt 379
lol maybe just aswell im not a dad, cause i would have went mental if some c**t threw my lad head first of a train.lol I certainly wouldn't have been happy, but I'm not one of these parents who try to defend the indefensible where there kids are concerned. I know parents whose kids can do no wrong in their eyes & any shite their kids ever get into is always someone else's fault and their kids are proper little shits for it. I'd die for my kids but I also feel strongly that they understand that any action they decide to take has consequences, for better of for worse. ..also bear in mind we're not talking about a little defenceless 12 year old here either.. jf1970 328
OK ,so what does the ticket man do when, the next time this happens, there is no "johnny big bollocks" to help him out? this should be a wake up call no man no matter what age should have to confront people without the proper training and the back up of a gaurd the man clearly was not up to task not his fault entirly , his superiors should be held to task , back in the day two people would work a train plus the train driver , yes they have cctv but this is no help to a man under threat , the big man may have thought his reponce was the right thing to do and yes if some one was under threat of violence i to would be on his side but in this case a little thought and a few words and a call would have saved him the limelight and maybe a crimminal record OR EVEN BETTER JUST ISSUE ALL TICKET COLLECTORS WITH CATTLE PRODS/STUN GUNS that was the point i was making, i think the ticket man was to blame, he should have called the transport police to meet at the next stop and let them deal with it, after all that is what they are payed for, just like the ticket man is payed to check/sell tickets, he should have told " johnny big bollocks" that there wasn't a problem and the situation was being dealt with and to return to his seat, to say the young man deserved what he got, well if it was me or one of my relations, i'm afraid i would be pressing charges against " johnny big bollocks" what he done was serious assault, two wrong's don't make a right, if everyone started to take the law into their own hands there would be mayhem. JohnGalway 1,043
All three are wrong. The conductor or whatever he is for not being able to do his job - should have contacted whomever officially removes fare dodgers and got on with it. The little shit was indeed a little shit, as little shits are prone to do. No excuse for his reaction so I don't buy the "poor young lad" crap. The big man is an idiot, sorry, but he's just assaulted someone, on film. That's stupid.

johnny boy68 11,726
heres the lad in question speaking about it He noticed after getting the ticket he had the wrong one(his own words) so rather than bring this up with the conducter there and then, he decided to go on his merry way.Now how many times do ticket inspectors have to deal with fare dodgers?A few I imagine, so why would he believe this lad. The lad didn't have a valid ticket for his journey, granted there may have been a mistake as to why BUT the ticket inspector didn't know this, for all he knew this was another "ned" trying it on.Things could've and should've been handled better. All this stemmed from a young lad buying a ticket realising he'd been issued with wrong ticket but chose to argue the toss with a completley different conductor on a different train later in the day. The lad sounds just a little dimp to me.
