FERRETING GLOVES,,, tried these

got these gloves the other week from b&q,, used them ferreting under the hedges on monday,, there very dexterous,,great for clearing holes and pulling nettles out without getting stung, and no probs setting netts wearing them.

 

downside is if its raining you get wet,, as the rain runs down the material on the back of the hand, i found this out lamping in the rain...........

 

but if the ground is wet like monday there fine as the rubber onthe palms and fingers is waterproof...

well worth a fiver

i've got a pair like those, i use em when out with the dog on cold wet night. but use some times riggers gloves when ferreting

Ah use gloves similar to this,, mainly when clearing or digging,,

 

Thers no shame in taking care of delicate hands,, no matter what some of the rough oiks on this site say about you !!

Got some of these Tomo aswell they're really dextrous. Not that I wear gloves mind

I use tescos finest £6 just to keep my hands warm when we stand around waiting. We know when we've had a good days ferreting when our hands have been stung in several different places.
