lurcher330 2,300
i know a good few lads that enjoy a day out bushing a few rabbits ,and a fox now and then is a nice bonus.so a dog like that can be a god send to someone who is not into digging and if a dog gets a fox in the ground knows if it doesn't bolt soon the dog will be out and he can carry on bushing away.Fairplay Robert that dog will suit someone and hopefully end up in a good home 2 Quote Link to post
HBG 350
why do lads feel the need to pick at the lads post when there not even interested in the dog,the lads told the truth and offered what he has free to a good home,if its not what ya after move on and dont let it bother ya 5 Quote Link to post
steveio 39
i cant see what all the fuss is about.i had a red cross bred bitch years ago that would stay all day/night if needed but i could call her out at any time.yes i had many remarks about the bitches gameness if she would leave a fox but its amazing how many ''hard'' digging men wanted to use her in bad digging spots just to try get a quick bolt..bolting terriers have there uses.dont knock them. 5 Quote Link to post

alimac 882
mudd are you trying to say you have a dog in your kennels thats suited to every hole you try or dig that you have? if you are you either dont do much or simply dont have a clue.. A dog that has a tendincey to bolt will keep his space in a well worked kennel of dogs, plain and simple.. 1 Quote Link to post

Whys that so hard for people to understand ? If that suits you and what you do then that's fair enough, but why slag off anything different? I've seen problem foxes bolted & despatched from places you wouldn't dream of putting anything other than a good bolting terrier because it simply wouldn't be possible to dig to it. An old farm tip with 50 odd years worth of buried scrap being one example... Quote Link to post
