some falcons are easyer to train that others, but theres loads out there to choose from. some hawks are easyer to train than others. all depends what you wnana hutn mate

I would say it is not true mate because no bird of prey is easy to train properly to it's full potential..

And falconry wise ... with the long wing's is a totaly different ball game to the hawking side of it..

i would say if you want to have a go at training a falcon than i would personally go for a lanner or a pere/lanner hybrid then you would have a good stepping stone to something like a gyr/saker or peregrine all the best

thanks guys seem to be a lot a of different opions as iam a frist timer trying to read and get as much information before i start

in my personal opinion you would be better of with a broadwing for a season or two first before stepping up to a longwing.
