Stopped putting sticks in many years ago, you can't beat good old soil mate. Take the turn out and put that in to make up any short fall.

I dont, why the sticks?

i use the sticks for bridgeing look after ur earths and they will look after u ... i dug a fox a few weeks ago in an earth i dug last year took a few spades of soil out then out wit my bridgh and there was adog fox

i use the sticks for bridgeing look after ur earths and they will look after u ... i dug a fox a few weeks ago in an earth i dug last year took a few spades of soil out then out wit my bridgh and there was adog fox

then come back in years time to a nice grater in the farmers field

no because u would have sods on top of the sticks and then a big pile of loose soil not once have i walked back on an earth that has snuk lower than the ground
