I'd need to do my research but if my memory is right anyone can go onto the government website and open a pertition, if a certain number of people sign that pertition the government have to review it.. Not sure on the amount needed but I'm sure all THL members would e a start..!

I dont know why folk get wound up about it nobody takes heed of it,i still do exactly the same now as a i did 5 years ago 10 years ago and 15 years ago and on and on,they cant enforce the ban they cant police it properly it was a sham and still is,if ye poached land ye were always taking a risk and if ye had permission they certainly wouldnt come up and check what ye were running etc there really is no change,the more folks flap on about it the more the b*****ds think they have won
