wag 13 Posted December 9, 2011 Report Share Posted December 9, 2011 had a good hour today i got 5 young danny lavery got4geese 1 duck laurona12 got a goose and a duck luludean 1 duck.his duck not in picture as he was back at car when we took picture.still do not like steelshot.bring back lead lets have clean kills nothing wrong with steel the yanks have been using it for years , you just have to know it's capabilities and what distance it's effective up to ... with you shooting inland geese you should be getting some good clean kills over decoys , or flighting them ... wag 13 Posted December 11, 2011 Report Share Posted December 11, 2011 ccan.t tell me about shooting geese i have shot hundreds.and i mean hundreds.i have shot.em all over the country.always killed.em better with lead is all i was saying.and f**c what the yanks do.if you have a gun they have a bigger 1 I was not!!! trying to tell you anything about shooting geese ,and congratulations on shooting hundreds of geese all over the country ..and i mean hundreds ..... all i was saying is there is nothing Wrong with shooting steel at geese over decoys inland or on the foreshore if you know its capabilities . that's all i was saying ... edited to say the yanks have an advantage on us because they have been on steel alot longer than us..... and they have come up with some great steel loads and if i was to be big headed i have shot geese in England , Ireland ,Scotland , Finland ,Sweden ,America .... and i mean hundreds :victory: Quote Link to post Share on other sites
