thurso jack 3 Posted April 6, 2007 Report Share Posted April 6, 2007 for the second time this week my neighbours lab has jumped in to the garden to be with my dogs the first time i seen him do it so i quickly put him back before anything happened, but tonight i was in the living room and i heard a noise from the kitchen. When i went through i found the lab in the kitchen with my 3 dogs surrounding it, and my russell pup giving it his all ripping into him, now this is a big lab and there will only be one winner no matter how game the pup is, if i hadnt got there in time i dread to think what would happen. and once i arrived the other russell joined in so im alone with three dogs trying to spilt them up, not a good scenario. my neighbour arrived when he heard the commotion, and was full of appoligies, but why cant people keep there dogs on there own property? Fletcher 0 Posted April 6, 2007 Report Share Posted April 6, 2007 Nightmare, hopefully the fella will be a bit more carefull from now on, my neighbour over the road the bank robber (alledgedly) lets his fat black lab jump up and look over the wall when he walks past, causing our dogs to kick off the whole time, W**ker. Kay 3,709 Posted April 6, 2007 Report Share Posted April 6, 2007 Had it here yrs ago, next doors dog broke through all the fence panels to get into my garden, i had 2dogs at the time & it became a joke having to keep my dogs in all day because there dog was loose in my garden It took a quiet word from my husband to sort the problem & even then they left the dog outside to bark for 8 hours a day in a cage In the end 4 people from surrounding houses wrote to them & the dog was then housed indoors where it couldnt be a problem Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I took him back once and got abuse.so next time he came I let him in.............the owners slagged me off for allowing my dogs on the furniture. I was out the other day with one of my mutts a huge lab came over and we could not get rid of him, his owners was two fields away People always say to me " you got your hands full" f**k no I havent all mine are under controle,it's them with there f*****g un controlable mutts that are a neusance. OK, slight exageration maybe, but like LB said, their crazy spoilt little sh*t is giving it some and trying to eat my dogs, who are standing there making like the little sh*t doesn't exist until it gives one of them a real nip, then the owner gets all precious when they flip the little sod and stand over it snarling. Another one: lunatic on push bike giving his Husky x some exercise, hurtling along tarmac bike track across the common: dog galloping flat out towing bike, wait for it: waits until he can see me coming across the fields and deliberately targets me and my pack so he can impress/annoy/get some attention, luckily I see him coming, call the pack to one side, dog ( at least it ignored my dogs) goes past even faster and the look of delight on his face changed to one of sheer horror as he sees an overhanging bramble about to side wipe his mush. Hob&Jill 258 Posted April 7, 2007 Report Share Posted April 7, 2007 I go ferreting in a field with a footpath about 200 yards away I constantly am geting dogs running up to me, there owners not even attempting to get them back And with a Patterdale who likes a scrap its not always a good situation Last time a King Charles ran up behind us (didnt see it, I would normally grab it and send it back), and my Patt went for it (really wasnt good ) It was in a right state when I got them separated and when its owner came over she gave me a right fecking lecture, including 'keep you dogs under control' and thretening all sorts with the RSPCA. Similar thing happend with a miniture longhaired dachshund, ran up to us offlead ( my dogs on lead) I said 'Id put it on lead if I were you ' 'Its ok, shes Freindly !' martin 332 Posted April 7, 2007 Report Share Posted April 7, 2007 Had the same with my old JRT 'Jess' she was a right scrapper if another dog bothered her(ok when she was working though).A right fecking twat on the common with two really big shar-peis(chinese fighting dogs),I had my terrier above my head,and both of the dogs are jumping up to my chest and he is saying...."It's ok they won't hurt her",so I caught one under the chin and put it on it's back,and when I said I'd put him on his back he put them on the lead,and started to get all lairy, all the time getting further away.I just wish people would keep their dogs under control,and realise that other dogs might not be 'OK'.
