cheap spirit level for setting up scopes

as title suggests a cheap little level for leveling rifle when attaching scopes as long as you have a horizontal flat bit on rifle or stock.

Hi..

The other week a wanted some picture hanging hooks...And i bought a card from the £1 shop ,did'nt no till i opened it a small level in the pack, had it along side other levels and its spot on reads the same, so worth looking in the £1 shop, . Even as a pen clip for your pocket And 2 vee sections to seat it on the oject.....Any help ..cheers

i got hold of a small brickies line level for the same, think you can get em in most tool shops for a couple of quid.

I use something similar - got it from toolstation for hardly anything.

How and why do you use a spirit level to set up your telescopic sight? Sorry to sound silly.

put it on a horizontal part of the rifle or scope mount get it level and then line the vertical cross hair in the scope up with a plumb line or the corner of a plumb building.
