Guest born to run1083
Depends on what ground, a coursing grey specialises in field running, basically uneven surface where as track are bred to be fast but not as strong so need flat sand surface. Loads of variables but track are the speed demands out the 2 but wether the track grey will be injured after would be the question. Do depends on alot of the above and of course distance
cúagusgiorraí 57
On a straight 300 yards an Irish coursing greyhound would beat a track bred, but stick a coursing bred on a track 525yards and he would loose. Coursing bred are better at flat out running. Track bred is better for running around the bends on the track.
