sad a book should be for life and not just for xmas

My kids have a few boxes of them stashed in a storage unit,I told them to sit on them for at least six months and flog them to pay for their holiday next year to Hong Kong or Canada, quality books and

77 smackeroonies, far better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, and someone has themselves a very nice book for christmas

When I was at the last Waterloo Cup, I asked for,and got, two programme cards each day. One I marked up, the other I kept in mint condition. I also have the booklet , "The Waterloo Cup 2005", and the "Fullerton Story". I may be tempted to put them up for sale on the 10th anniversary of the final Cup. There's a definate profit in them, as they cost nowt !! LOL !!

Cheers.

Paulus,if you had bought the print-run you could within reason have named your price,I do know 250 copies went to trade so there are a few copies floating around still?Charts, there are always going to be genuine coursing afficianados who will pay premium for memorabilia, the WC is a distant memory so anything relating to it is a collectable, and theres always profit in something sold that cost the vendor nowt
