Been getting better slowly but surely although still a long way to go,

I tried to head out for a bit of a lamp last night on a local permission that has some flat fields I figured i may be able to walk around OK to see how I would get on after all this time. And also to see how the dog would get on after not having done a great deal for ages. Obviously it wasnt the best night for it with it being dead still with frozen ground but figured it would be worth a shot if I could get the dog a couple of runs.

 

Did the first field with very little out but managed a very long slip and managed to get a couple of turns out of it before he lost it in the hedgerow, did the second field got a run and a catch. Tried to get onto the rest of the land but there was a gate that i didnt have the strength to climb lol. so thought best to head back. Still 2 runs 1 rabbit after not having had a great deal since september.

 

But still glad I managed to get out and give the dog a spin after so long, good to start getting moving again
