Guest long-tail
could maybe benefit bringing a dog back from injury with a bit of gentle exercise, just a thought Quote Link to post
j1985 1,983
I'm gonna get one as when I'm at work the misses can chuck one of the dogs on it for a bit more exercise throughout the day. Can't see any harm in it... Quote Link to post
reddawn 2,173
if you haven,t got the time 2 walk them then great idea dont be so fooking silly, a treadmill wont, dont or should never be used to replace walking, i use a treadmill an a swimtank but my dogs still get walked as they should, treadmills, slatmills, an swimtanks are not an easy way out of walking your dog... too many folk on here give advice on shit they know nowt about Quote Link to post
bunnybasher69 56
depends how often it's used. If used to replace free running on uneven ground it's not a good idea. The dogs muscles and tendons aren't extended in the same way and it's balance isn't shifted in the same way. The dog would look tone but could get injuries when worked later imo. I had a treadmill and chucked it. 1 Quote Link to post
