hi all

im new to all this hunting and just getting into it i ve got a .22 air rifle nothing special but it has bagged us 2 rabbits had no luck since but i try

i have 2 dogs coco is my Bedlington x whippet shes 18 month old and has a real nose for the rabbits (she also likes sheep and horses the monster) ,once she gets the sent of a rabbit she is focused on rabbit and rabbit only she will ignore anything else what s in the field shes been on the back end of two first one she chased it into a fence and she sprung back and up in the air about 15 ft lol and the second one she chased and caught but it kicked her in the face and she was a bit startled and she dropped it and the thing ran under a fence

my other dog is Labrador x whippet hes a soft git does nt like walking in the dark or long distance and he better change but to be fair lol he is only 18ish weeks old

all i ever seem to do these days is walk the dogs and trying to find rabbits lol (not having much luck in finding them either)

i have also been out with a friend with his ferret but missed netting a bolt hole and they got away but the ferret had one down the hole and came out 40 mins later fur in his claws and looking very full my friend with the ferret is new to it also so we re well and truly wet behind the ears when it comes to hunting so if anyone lives near Rochdale and is willing to take us out it would be appreciated ( if you dont ask ... )
