Enough said Pile off shite done 40k miles in mine in 18 months including two 2000 mile trips, nothing gone wrong with it (touch wood!) must admit though, not a big fan of vauxhalls but this one has been a good un german is the way forward though. The button on the key worked for a few days after I bought it. Unlock the car get in shut the door turn ignition on so just the ignition lights are on without starting it then press and release the lock button on the key remote doors should lock then unlock turn ignition off get out press lock button that should resync the remote Had the same problem with my girlfriends astra, sorted now thaks to your advice. SNAP SHOT 194 Posted December 4, 2011 Report Share Posted December 4, 2011 yep key resync, my landy does it on a battery change and i have to use the foot pedals to reset the key sometimes... if you look up on google how to resync astra key you should get it sorted tess...
