zini 1,939
Hi everybody, I have received a number of private messages and messages in the open forum on my YouTube channel from subscribers wanting to see me light a match stick with a pellet at 27 yards. Well to be honest lighting a match stick is not really a challenge for my HW100 S and I think that I could do it very easy so I have decided to do something a little different and up the stakes by taking my accuracy shooting to an higher extreme level. After 2 or 3 weeks now practicing in the indoor range at my work location I feel that my shooting as come on and I am ready to try something a little more extreme. What I am now going to attempt is to shoot a very thin piece of target card edge ways on with my HW100 S at 27 yards. Hopefully you will agree that this is much more of a challenge and will be fun to try. Ill give myself a maximun of 5 shots to do it in, more than that and i will class it as a fail. Watch the clip to see how I get on . Si. 1 Quote Link to post

Phantom 631
Excellent shooting Si Over in the UBC we have the same challenge at 6 yards using a playing card edge on. So far it's only been sucessfully completed once on video and I've not attempted it yet. Before anyone starts the old, '6 yards aint very far' our challenge is standing using co2 multishot Umarex pistols and recoiling spring pistols such as the HW45. I can see that this meet Si is gonna be real fun, your going to have so many shooting games and challenges set up for us all it's going to take a week just to get through the indoor range Again well done buddy Tony Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
Thanks Tony, Yes hopefully me and Davy will set up a interesting meet for everyone, and design alot of challenges and shooting games to keep all attending no matter what standard they shoot at (brilliant or a new shooter) interested and challenged. You have also given me a brilliant idea about a challenge for myself pal. Shoot 5 playing cards, edge ways on within a mag of the HW100 S at 27 yards (25 metres). That will be really testing. The Duncan 802
Wasn't there a guy who could hit a playing card edge on at 50 yards using a HW45 in .22 freehand a few years back? I seem to remember reading in the airgun comics. Excellent shooting Si - proof of your skills and indeed the accuracy of the venerable HW100 !! Duncan. Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
Never read that article Duncan, but that is some brilliant shooting if he could achieve that. Can you please remember to send me that paper work that you forgot to bring with you? Cheers mate Si Quote Link to post
